1.What is your business about, and what inspired you to get started?
We believe a flower a day keeps the frown away. They are magical. They can put a smile on anyone’s face. That’s why when I started Everyday Flowers, we want to spread that magic and make people happy.
2. What are some of the challenges you face as a small business owner?
The main challenge is to get to get the Everyday Flowers brand out there. There are a lot of competition in the market. So we take pride in making sure our bundles are unique. We’ll always delivery a little extra for our customers.
3. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Just seeing our customers happy makes us super happy. When customers compliment us on our design and bundles we too feel contented. We appreciate the faith they have in us. It keeps us going and strive to serve them even better the next time.
4. What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Hmm… sometimes, we only find out on delivery day that some flowers aren’t as fresh as we expect it to be. We’ll always arrange new bundles to ensure we deliver top quality bundles. It taught us to pay attention to details as it’ll make our customers happy. And, it’s always worth it.
5. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Never give up.
6. What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
Work? Haha. Recently I’m into Netflix series and also read to unwind.
7. If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Anyone can be a dreamer but only the BELIEVER achieve success.
